Q. How many ways I can book a hotel room at Woraburi Phuket Resort & Spa?
A. You can book Woraburi’s hotel room in 5 difference ways;
1. Via Internet.

Payment: Over the phone, our call center associate will let you know the prices you will pay. Confirmation letter detailing hotel bank account for money transfer or credit card to guarantee your booking will be provided. Please FAX your bank transfer slip to hotel for reference and present it to hotel’s front deck upon arrival.

Q: What information do I need to provide when making room reservation:
A: 1. Your Full Name (first and last name)

3. Arrival date
4. Departure date
5. Rooms types and Prices

8. Your email address.

Q: Do I get hotel voucher and receipt upon completion of payment?
A: For Instant Confirmation, you can print your voucher and receipt immediately upon completion of payment. This gives you the pertinent phone numbers, dates, and locations as well as the amount paid..

Q: If I ordered online and received a receipt page and email confirmation, do I need to call the hotel to reconfirm my reservation?
A: Even if you just ordered your hotel reservation online, you can always call the hotels to reconfirm your reservation.

Q: What happens if the online hotel reservation system is not working and I need to make the reservations right away?
A: Hotel reservation website will list a telephone number to serve our customers during periods of system-outage due to maintenance or upgrades of the web-based ordering system. This allows you to complete your reservation in a timely manner.

Q: We have children and the website is saying we need to book two rooms.
A: The maximum number of people in a room is three including an extra bed. However we can accommodate infants with free cots sharing their parents' room and extra bed at 1,000 Baht for children under 12 years old include ABF. Soon after making your reservation please call the hotel directly in order to check the availability and book a cot or extra bed.

Q. How do I cancel my reservation?
A. All major international credit card accepted i.e. AMEX, VISA, Master Card, JCB and Diners Club.

Q: My credit card number is correct, but it is not accepted / I am getting an error while making a payment. Why? A: There are a few possibilities: - Make sure you are not using a proxy internet connection. A direct connection to internet is required for security purpose - Our Payment Gateway opens in a new Windows. Make sure that pop up blocking software/features are turned off - Make sure the input details are correct - Make sure the card expiration date do not precede the reservation date. - Make sure you have not reached your credit limit - If you get an error apart from the reasons above, please contact us Q: I'm sure I booked for two adults but when I received my confirmation it says only one adult. Do I need to get this changed before I arrive? A: Our rates are charged per room rather than per person, so this does not affect the price you pay. There is no problem if you have not entered the correct number of guests. We will simply change this at check-in. Please note the maximum capacity is two adults per room. Q: Are all hotel prices inclusive of all taxes and service charges? A: Hotel prices displayed on our site are nett. They are inclusive of all taxes and applicable service charges.

General Hotel Information
Q: What are the standard check in and check out times of the hotel?
A: The standard check-in time is 2:00 p.m. and check out is at 12:00 a.m. If you request in advance for early check-in/late check out, we will make every effort to entertain you, subject to space availability.

Q: Is it possible to check-in earlier?
A: It is sometimes possible to check in earlier, however, this depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. However, to be sure of having the room ready upon arrival, you can reserve the room from the night (paid) before.

Q: Can I have a late check-out?
A: It is possible to have a late check out and the charges are as follows:
Check out after 12:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. FOC but subject to room availability.
Check out after 6:00 p.m. An additional room night will be charged at the regular room rate

Q: Where is breakfast served and times?
A: breakfast buffet is served in the Smile Restaurant on the 1st floor from 6:30 am to 10:00 am.

Q: Do the rooms have private balcony?
A: Every room have private balcony.

 

Q: Can I access to the internet in guestrooms?
A: Yes, connections are available in every room.

Q: How many people can stay in one room?
A: Each guest room can accommodate a maximum of three people. Please note that the third bed will be a rollaway bed.

Q: Do you have twin, triple and quadruple rooms?
A: We do have twin rooms. For triple rooms, an extra bed must be added. However, no quadruple rooms are available.

Q: Can we book sightseeing tours directly at the hotel?
Yes, you can. The tour desk located the lobby area. Excursions are available to all the main tourist attractions.

Q. Why do I have to pay for the Key Deposit?
A. To guarantee any losing of key card at 2,000 baht/room/stay. Hotel will return key deposit to guests on the departure date.

Q: Are there meeting & conference facilities for groups?
A: Yes, there are 2 rooms with flexible meeting and conference spaces. For more details please contact us at bkksales-phuket@woraburi.com

 

Q: What type of fitness centre is available?
A: We offer a moderately sized fitness facility, located on the first floor of the hotel. Open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Q: Do you offer discounts for a group booking?

Q: What is the currency in Thailand?
A: It’s Thai Baht. Check the current exchange rate on our Quick Reservation



Q: Booking Acknowledgement.
 
A. Booking Acknowledgement is the officer Voucher that
   
for customer who reserved room via internet.with the
    deposit PAID. All important details and outstanding
    payment was show on the Voucher.


Q. If I don’t book online, how can I get a confirmation?
 
A.If you don’t book your room online with paid deposit,
your reservation is not complete and we can only acknowledge
your booking and can not confirm or guarantee a room for you.


Q. After I booked my room, what if I want to change
   
my Arrival Date
 
A. You can call or email us not less than 72 hours
    or 3 days before your Arrival Date to change your
    New Arrival Date.



Q. What if I want to Cancel my Booking, how many
       days in advance so that I don’t have to pay for any penalty.
 
A. From April 1 to Oct 31 not less than 72 hours or 3 days
From Nov 1 to March 31 not less than 7 days

Will refund 80% of your deposit in to your credit card account
and charge you only with 20% for transaction fees



Q: I already give you all the information needed,
       but my Credit Card still not approved.
 
A Your Credit Card may not go through if
 
1. you key in the wrong number or info
2. your Credit Card is actually a Debit Card but not
    Credit Card
3. your Credit Card might have a restriction to use it
     online or oversea
3. you forgot to key in the Security Code at the back
     of the Credit Card
4. your Credit Card was Expired
5. your Credit Card might have not enough Credit



Q. If it is in High Season, how many days in advance
       do I need for booking?
For Pattaya – December to February – 3 months
in advance Weekday and not peak 15-20 days
Bangkok – 3-5 Days



Q. Can I check-in before noon?
A. Normally yes if there is a clean and ready room
available but No Promise.



Q. Do I have to pay any extra if I check-in before noon?
A. No if we have an available room. But if it is
a different Room Type and Rates, then you have
to pay the difference.


Q. Why do I have to pay for the Key Deposit?
 
A. To guarantee for all the things stay the same condition while you stay with us, and to guarantee our customer don’t check-out early and take our key with them.
